Salesforce Administrator (U.S. Remote) – Hiring Now

We are actively seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity within the U.S. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong technical Salesforce skills, process improvement experience, and a proactive mindset.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce platform to support internal operations, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll ensure data integrity, streamline business processes, and support system scalability as we grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.

  • Maintain clean and accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and validation.

  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows for business users.

  • Develop and update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features.

  • Perform sandbox and production deployments, using change sets or third-party tools.

  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across departments.

  • Ensure platform compliance with security and data privacy policies.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

  • Experience with automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).

  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, and Zoom in a remote work environment.

  • U.S. work authorization and current U.S. residency required.
